El Salvador Monterey
El Salvadorian coffee growing region contributes to the preservation of many local and migratory bird species. The Monterey Estate, one of the Cofinanzas Estates, is located in Tacuba, Ahuachapan and has been in the Batres-Bendix family for three generations. The Estate is located near the El Imposible National Park, where over 500 species of butterflies, almost 300 species of birds and 30 species of mammals take refuge.
